SHARK SHOE COVER WARRENTY POLICY     

Shark Shoe Covers offers a one (1) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Shark Shoe Cover’s warranty is only valid to the original purchaser must provide an original receipt from purchase.

DETERMINATION OF WARRANTY

First we will determine if the Shark Shoe Cover is under warranty coverage. At Shark Shoe Cover’s sole discretion we will first try to repair. If we cannot repair the item we will replace it. Repairs that are not covered under warranty will be repaired at the owner’s expense. You will be notified of this choice before we commence the repair process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for repairs not covered under warranty. Shark Shoe Cover will repair to functional utility. Zippers and logos, will be repaired or replaced to the best of our ability. A repair often looks like a repair. Custom color fabric or zippers for example may no longer be in stock. We will not perform alterations to the Shark Shoe Cover.

WHAT IS NOT COVEREED UNDER OUR WARRANTY

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, incorrect laundering, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and usage.
• Natural UV fading of colors
• Damage to water repellent coatings due to duct tape application, melting, or abrasion
• Counterfeit products

HOW DO I RETURN MY SHARK SHOE COVER FOR WARRANTY

Follow these steps:

1. Wash the garment. Government regulations require that all garments be cleaned before returning.
2. Contact us directly. You will need to email our Warranty Department for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Email your request to warranty@sharkshoecover.com. We will provide you the RA number. Any return product that does not have an RA number will be refused.
3. Write the RA number clearly on a piece of paper in your shipping envelope, and ship the product to:   (NEED ADDRESS) Don’t forget to include your name, email address, telephone number, and street address (no P.O. boxes) with the shipment.

HOW LONG DOES A WARRANTY/ REPAIR ORDER TAKE?

You can expect a 2 week turnaround. Some repairs may take longer if we have to order material or parts. You will be notified of an extended turnaround time.

WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING ON A RETURN?

You pay for shipping to Shark Shoe Cover. We recommend you insure the shipment to Shark Shoe Cover. Shark Shoe Cover is not responsible for uninsured, lost, or stolen packages. Well pay for shipment back to you.

THE WARRENTY SMALL PRINT

• In Europe, offers a 2-year policy, and is subject to individual county’s laws and regulations.
• Within the US, rights under US warranty laws vary state – to – state
• In Canada, warranty rights may vary by province

SHARK SHOE COVER REPAIRS

If the repair is not covered under warranty, we’ll be happy to repair it for you. There will be a reasonable cost involved, but we’ll notify you first of any charges. Be advised repaired garment most likely will not appear brand new. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for repairs not covered under warranty.
