SHARK SHOE COVER WARRENTY POLICY
Shark Shoe Covers offers a one (1) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Shark Shoe Cover’s warranty is only valid to the original purchaser must provide an original receipt from purchase.
DETERMINATION OF WARRANTY
First we will determine if the Shark Shoe Cover is under warranty coverage. At Shark Shoe Cover’s sole discretion we will first try to repair. If we cannot repair the item we will replace it. Repairs that are not covered under warranty will be repaired at the owner’s expense. You will be notified of this choice before we commence the repair process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for repairs not covered under warranty. Shark Shoe Cover will repair to functional utility. Zippers and logos, will be repaired or replaced to the best of our ability. A repair often looks like a repair. Custom color fabric or zippers for example may no longer be in stock. We will not perform alterations to the Shark Shoe Cover.

You can expect a 2 week turnaround. Some repairs may take longer if we have to order material or parts. You will be notified of an extended turnaround time.
WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING ON A RETURN?
You pay for shipping to Shark Shoe Cover. We recommend you insure the shipment to Shark Shoe Cover. Shark Shoe Cover is not responsible for uninsured, lost, or stolen packages. Well pay for shipment back to you.
